To ensure that employers and job seekers are matched for success, MSS created a recruiting process designed to quickly evaluate and deliver the right technologically skilled job seeker that the employer is looking for.

Because MSS is part of Meridian Technologies Inc. (MTI), we are able to have the technical experts from our sister company interview potential job seekers. This is a great advantage for our clients, ensuring that job seekers are evaluated by experts who understand the unique technological demands of even the most specific position. Then our MTI experts are able to give our recruiters input to assure that our clients get a highly qualified job seeker who is ready to fill the position.

By keeping a close relationship with our clients and partnering with hiring managers, we’ve reduced the amount of time it takes to get a job seeker on board. This gives employers a competitive edge by reducing their “speed to market” for their projects.

We’ve also integrated these key steps to help ensure the job seeker meets the needs of the employer.

• Technical Skill Evaluation — We have an evaluation form provided to our job seeker upon completion of the technical assessment. We set up a phone interview for 30 – 60 minutes with the job seeker, one of our Subject Matter Experts (SME) and an internal Meridian consultant. The Meridian SME will use the given job details to evaluate both technical and interpersonal skills and give an opinion as to whether the job seeker would be a fit for the role described and also provide areas of strength or weakness as part of the summary and evaluation.

• Reference Checks — MSS requires two professional references for all job seekers.

• In-Person Interview — MSS makes every effort to meet and interview local job seekers in person to further ensure a successful fit on both a cultural and skill level for the employer.
